If the package is less than 2kg, the shipping deadlines may be later than the dates indicated.

Shipments and returns

We ship worldwide. You can see the exact shipping cost based on your total order weight just before paying. There you can also see an approximate delivery time. To have a more accurate delivery deadline, contact us and let us know in which country you live.

To deliver at lower cost, we use the Swiss Post. However, if you wish to receive your order urgently, please contact us and ask to use DHL or “Urgent” with Swiss Post, which is much more expensive than the regular Post but much faster and you can track the shipment.

Please note that some holidays may cause the delivery to be slower. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm the delivery time.

The standard shipping has no tracking number to keep the price low. If you want to have a tracking number, please select the "Poste Priority Package (+TRACKING NUMBER)" option when you make your order. We are not responsible for any lost package in case you chose an option without tracking number.

Reservation and custom orders require the production time on top of the delivery time. Please keep that in mind when ordering.

Please take into account that if you order from another country than Switzerland, customs taxes and the VAT of your country can be charged at the reception of the package. You can also choose to come and pick up your order at Spirit Fever showroom without any shipping cost. However, Spirit Fever is not responsible for fees that might occur when passing the border.

Custom or worn items cannot be returned or exchanged. Cancellations are not accepted for custom manufactured items. Contact us if you wish to cancel or return an order. We will see with you what is possible.
